Australia and New Zealand Hardware Maintenance Services New Business Sales and Development Executive (GMU RRB - 84)                                                                    

Introduction: 

This role has an Australian and New Zealand ("ANZ") responsibility and associated performance targets related to the identification and development of new business opportunities and securing sales revenue for TGCS Global Services.

Responsibilities: 

  • Achieving or exceeding TGCS ANZ Global Services new business sales signings at agreed margin targets.
  • Comprehensive and defined CRM and commercial Account reporting and analysis.
  • Identify, develop solutions and market capability for TCGS ANZ to secure new Global Services technical services business.
  • Comply and complete documents related to internal processes for registering new clients, new opportunities and bids for approval and submission to clients - known as "MRF".
  • Advise and assist in marketing TCGS ANZ hardware products and solutions.
  • Health & Safety - Duties of Workers: Workers must take reasonable care for their own health and safety while at work and take reasonable care that their acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons. Workers must also:
    • Comply, so far as they are reasonably able, with any reasonable instruction given by the person conducting a business or undertaking that allows it to comply with the model WHS Act and model WHS Regulations, and
    • Cooperate with any reasonable policy or procedure of the business or undertaking that relates to work health or safety, that has been notified to workers.
  • Business Management System - Duties of Workers: Workers must comply with the requirements of ISO 9001 (Business Management System) to provide services that meet customer requirements, enhance customer satisfaction and meet applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Environmental Management System - Duties of Workers: Workers must comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) in their daily business activities to:
    • Minimize any environmental impacts
    • Prevent pollution
    • Increase energy conservation
    • Meet applicable legal / legislative requirements which relate to the environment

Required Skills: 
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales, Business administration, Commerce or Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development and customer relationship management.
  • Proven successful performance in target driven Sales and Business Development in IT services industry.

Preferred Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification (College degree) in Marketing/Sales, Business administration, Commerce or Information Technology
